Referral Process

NDIS

Vallentine Occupational Health is a registered NDIS Provider, for both Therapy and Assistive Technology. 

This means that we can accept all NDIS funding types (Self-Managed, Plan Managed, NDIA Managed)

MEDICARE

From a General practitioner or a Paediatrician

• Allied Health Care Plan – 5 sessions of Allied Health per year
• Better Access To Mental Health Care Plan – 10 sessions of Allied health per year
• Getting Started with Autism Medicare Package – 20 sessions of Allied health until the child turns 16 years old

We are able to claim the Medicare rebate electronically. We will provide an invoice for the “gap” payment through direct deposit.

PRIVATE

A referral is not required to access occupational therapy. At the time of service, an invoice will be supplied for payment by direct deposit. A receipt will be provided to submit to private health insurance companies, if relevant.
